My session didn't sync, where is it?

Open the watch app within range of your phone. If it's still missing after 2 minutes, check the Sync icon on the home screen.

Does Tracket work without a watch?

Yes, you can score manually on your phone. The watch adds shot analysis and richer stats.

Which watches are supported?

Apple Watch (watchOS 10 and above) and Wear OS 4 and above. Tracket is optimised for Apple Watch first.

How is my Tracket Score calculated?

A 0 to 100 skill rating across consistency, intensity and result quality. It updates after each session. We're refining the model based on player feedback.

Why is my heart rate missing?

Make sure the watch is fitted snugly and that HealthKit or Health Connect permissions are granted in Settings.

Can I track doubles?

Yes. Doubles is supported across every sport in Tracket.

Is Tracket free?

Free during beta. Early supporters get a founding member badge and a lifetime discount when Pro launches.

Watch setup

Apple Watch: install Tracket on your iPhone and the Apple Watch app will install automatically. Open it on the watch, sign in, and allow Health permissions when prompted.

Wear OS: install Tracket from the Play Store on your watch directly. Sign in and grant Health Connect permissions.

Before you start a session, pick the sport on the watch. Tracket does not auto-detect sport.

Troubleshooting

  • •Session didn't sync: open the watch app within phone range and wait 60 seconds.
  • •Battery drain on watch: check that Background App Refresh is enabled in watchOS Settings, and avoid running other workout apps at the same time.
  • •Wrong sport recorded: change the sport on the watch before starting the next session.
  • •Score is wrong: tap and hold the score on the watch to undo the last point.

Your account and data

  • •Delete your account: Settings, Account, Delete account in the app. Removes all your sessions, scores and personal data within 30 days.
  • •Export your data: Settings, Data & Privacy in the app. Instant JSON download.
  • •Change email or password: Settings, Account.

Beta limitations

  • •Shot detection is still improving. We're actively refining accuracy.
  • •Some features are labelled “Pro”. These are free during beta and will become paid later.
  • •The backend is scaled for a small beta cohort. We're onboarding gradually.
